Sber in the Krasnoyarsk Territory opened an acceptance of applications for the purchase of “secondary” for “family mortgage”

From April 1, 2025, a family mortgage for secondary housing became available in 20 cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Sberly experts are already accepting applications.

The list of cities includes: Artemovsk, Achinsk, Bogotol, Borodino, Divnogorsk, Dudinka, Yeniseisk, Zaozerny, Kansk, Lesosibirsk, Nazarovo, Norilsk, Zheleznogorsk, Zelenogorsk, Sharypovo, Ilan, Kodinsk, Igarka, Uzhur and Uyar.

According to the terms of the program, the house in which the apartment will not be in disrepair will be purchased, as well as over 20 years. The maximum loan amount is 6 million rubles, lending is available at a rate of 6 %.

Families with one child and more under the age of 6 inclusive can get a “family mortgage” on the secondary. You can buy such an apartment as part of the program only once. The apartment cannot be purchased from interdependent persons, including spouses, parents, children, brothers and sisters.

Also, from April 1, Sberbire’s clients can use the “Flexible Primes” option, which involves a decrease in the size of the first mortgage contribution in exchange for the payment of the borrower commission. The commission is paid once at the stage of issuing a loan and calculated depending on the selected amount of the first contribution.

In addition, the Arctic mortgage with a rate of 2 % per annum is also available for families. It is available in the northernmost regions, including four municipalities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory: Norilsk, Taimyr, Dolgan-Nenets district, Turukhansky district and ten settlements of the Evenki district.
