On April 5, a woman applied to the duty unit with a statement that near the house on the street. Kalinina damaged her Mitsubishi Dingo car. Police interrogators opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentional damage to other people's property.”
On suspicion of committing a crime, police detained a previously convicted 43-year-old former cohabitant of the victim. It was preliminarily established that the woman broke up with a man and, having drunk, he decided to take revenge on her and broke the car. The amount of damage caused is 200 thousand rubles.
From the suspect, they took a subscription about the lower right to leave. The investigation of the criminal case continues.
