Two tourists got lost near Mount Borus in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

June 15 9:22

Rescuers found two men who got lost in the forest on June 13 in the vicinity of Mount Borus in the Shushensky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The search operation began at night and lasted several hours. “During this time, more than 12 kilometers of forest area were examined. By noon on June 14, the lost men were found and taken to a safe place,” said the Rescuer institution.

Experts ask hikers to remember when planning their hikes: the need to observe precautionary measures: tourist groups and people traveling independently must register with the territorial authorities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations before setting out on the route. This allows you to track location, control movement, timely organize searches and provide assistance in case of an emergency, and also ensure the exchange of information between rescue units.
