Fitness experts reveal how you can work more different muscles and joints at the same time, performing simple physical exercises, which do not require much movement.

According to them, compound movements are simple exercises that, if done correctly, can train the whole body, according to the Daily Mail.
Tianna Strateman, pilates instructor, says that the best exercise to work your whole body are the “boards”, although it is not easy to keep your position during the exercise.
“Not only do you train your whole body, but it also activates more stabilizers and small muscles that are so important to support the strength of the whole body and posture ”explains strateman.
Valerie Lucas, a yoga teacher, believes that the best exercise would be a combination of yoga position warrior III and Shiva knee.
The position of Warrior 3, known in Sanskrit as Virabhadrasana III, involves the stretch of the body in a straight line, parallel to the ground, resting on a single foot.
Shiva genuflections are made in one leg, while the other stays in the air, parallel to the soil. Hands are usually held in a prayer position.
“Warrior 3 targets the muscles of the trunk, buttocks, thighs and back, while the shiva kneading, quadriceps and legs and improve balance and flexibility. By combining these two movements we develop stability, strength and coordination, working both the bottom and the upper body“Said Lucas.
Michelle Ditto, instructor at Pure Barre, said that the best exercise is the position of the chair or Utkatasana. This exercise involves standing in the knee, with outstretched arms, but the legs must be flexed so that the knees form an angle of 90 degrees, as if we were sitting on a chair.
Ditto explains that the position of the chair simultaneously trains the muscles of the legs and the abdomen, the back, but also the arms. This exercise develops the strength, concentration and stability of the body.
