In Krasnoyarsk, a 50-year-old man was detained on suspicion of beating his father, entailing his death. The crime was committed 23 years ago, but it was possible to reveal it only now.

According to the UK, on April 16, 2002, a 59-year-old resident of the regional center, received with multiple injuries, died in the hospital. On this fact, a criminal case was opened under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code, but in hot pursuit, it was not possible to find out the circumstances of the incident.
This year, forensic scientists once again analyzed the materials, repeatedly interrogated the witnesses and relatives of the man, as a result of which they received information about the possible involvement in the commission of the crime of his son. It turned out that conflicts regularly arose between them.
On the eve of the attacker was detained, taking into account the evidence presented, he admitted to the deed and, when testing the testimony, spoke in detail about the circumstances of the incident.
It turned out that on the night of April 6 to 7, 2002, relatives drank alcohol in their apartment. At some point, the son began to blame his father for abusing his alcohol and offending his mother.
“Having heard the insults in response, his son hid the grudge and left the house, deciding to stick his father on the street. There he pushed him, dropping it to the ground, after which he inflicted multiple strokes with his arms and legs on the head and body. As a result of injuries, the victim lost consciousness, he was taken to the hospital, but, despite the assistance provided, he, without regaining consciousness, died 10 days later. ”
The criminal investigation is currently ongoing.
