
The “Mimosa” salad is rightfully considered the classic of the genre of Soviet and Russian kitchens. It is so popular that it can calmly move to the far corner of such masters as Olivier and the capital.
The recipes for making “mimosa” for many housewives are very similar, except for some ingredients, their proportions and sequences of layers. Today we will tell you how to cook this salad in just 10 minutes.
For preparation, you will need:
- 3-4 boiled in steep eggs;
- Canned fish (keta, pink salmon or saira in its own juice);
- Can of canned corn;
- Mayonnaise;
- Crackers.
Preparation:
Remove the fish with a fork in dust. Grate the eggs, add corn and mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly. Sprinkle with crackers on top.
