Ingredients:
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
Salt – 0.5 tsp.
Kefir – 250 ml.
Parsley – 10 g.
Firm cheese – 100 g.
Boiled sausage – 100 g.
Flour – 450 g.
Baking powder – 10 g.
How to cook:
- Mix eggs, sugar and salt, then add kefir and mix.
- Pour finely chopped parsley, grated cheese and sausage, mix again.
- Add flour with baking powder and knead soft, slightly sticky dough.
- Sprinkle the table with flour, open the dough with your hands, roll it into the ball, cover with a bag and leave for 5-10 minutes.
- Rent in a circle of 1 cm thick, cut into 12 parts, like pizza.
- Fry in hot vegetable oil.
