President Andrzej Duda signed the law on the labor market and employment services – the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland said on Friday. The regulation replaces the Act on employment promotion and labor market institutions that has been operating for 20 years. The government act provides for comprehensive modernization of labor market institutions. The reform was saved in the National Reconstruction Plan.

It will replace adults' professional preparation, which – as the authors of the project pointed out – is extremely rarely used, in 2023 it was used by 42 people.
