Ukrainian drones increased their efficiency in February: The balance announced by General Sîrskii

Ukrainian soldiers hit and destroyed over 77,000 Russian targets using drones of different types in March, the head of the Ukrainian army, General Oleksandr Sîrskîi, according to The Kyiv Independent said on Monday.
The number of struck targets is 10% higher than in February, the commander said. The Ukrainian publication mentions that he could not independently verify these statements.
Ukraine became a pioneer in drone technology during the large -scale war triggered by Russia, introducing various terrestrial, air and naval models for fighting and recognition missions.
Sîrskîi defined the increase of the battle capabilities of unanswered systems on the front as one of the key priorities of Ukraine.
“By increasing the role of drones, we save the lives of our defenders,” added Sîrskîi, in a short statement published on the Telegram Messenger application.
Ukraine has constantly made efforts to increase its domestic production, with the ability to produce over 5 million FPV drones (“First-Person-View”) per year, the presidential councilor Oleksandr Kamyșin announced.
Kiev has also developed a long-range drone-raeling hybrids, including Paliania and Peklo models, which use turbirecting engines as alternatives to cruise missiles. President Volodimir Zelenski has set the goal for Ukraine to produce at least 30,000 long -range drones this year.
