“Storm” in football in Serbia! Tekstilac Odzaci, a team from the Vojvodina area, is investigated for the trick of certain parties from the superligation of our neighbors. Bogdan Durdevic, the integrity officer of the Serbian Football Federation, reported the case to the UEFA, cataloging the club as “involved in irregular activities in order to handle the result”, with some evidence that some of their parties were the subject for “Bet”.
In the report of the continental football organization it is mentioned that there is clear and smooth evidence regarding the irregularities related to bets on a match played in March, namely Testilac Odzaci – IMT Novi Belgrade. The hosts opened the score from the penalty in the 51st minute, through Irfan Zulfic, then the team from the Capital returned, thanks to Lucic's ('60) and Ishak Belfodil, former player of Inter, Hertha, Lyon or Hoffenheim, ('94 – penalty).

Party of Serbia Superliga, investigated for irregularities at bookmakers
In other words – the bookmakers quickly started receiving many tickets placed online on the fact that Tekstilac will lose the game and that at least three goals will be scored.
The Vojvodina club has been monitored by UEFA since January, including for parties played during the preparations. In the friendly match with the Hungarian team Sekesfehervar, there were numerous bets that foreshadowed that the Odzaci band will lose at least two difference goals, but that at least four goals will be scored. Finally, the score was 5-1 for the Hungarian band.
Another suspicious case, also from the training parties: Radomlje – Tekstilac Odzaci 2-0, 20.01.2025.
Tekstilac Odzaci finished the regular season in Serbia on the antepenultima position, 16 points away from Jedinstvo and equal to Radnicki Nis. The Play-Out in Serbia will start next week, But the investigation could affect their participation in the competition.
