Zelensky noted: in order to complete the war, “we must not be afraid to call a spade a spade”, put pressure on Russia and impose additional sanctions against those who “cannot exist without ballistics at the neighboring people.”
“And we said, in particular, with the American side regarding additional air defense systems to protect just from such missile strikes. We are counting on our agreements with the President of the United States, who promised to help with the search for additional Patriot. And we expect that the power of the world nevertheless overcome this evil-this war, this Russian aggression,” the Ukrainian leader noted.
On April 4, US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink reacted to a missile blow to X, but did not mention that it had inflicted it on the Russian Federation.

Context
On April 4, at about 19.00, the Russian military fired at the residential quarter in Krivoy Rog with a ballistic missile. Zelensky said that the Russians hit the street, territories with residential buildings, a playground. On the same evening, the Russian Federation again attacked the crooked horn, but with shock drones. According to the head of the defense council of Alexander Vilkul, fires were recorded in the places of clashes.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation said that in Krivoy Rog they made a “high -precision” shelling of foreign mercenaries. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Telegram denied the statement of Russians and explained that the Russian Federation attacked the city of Iskander-M ballistic missile with a cassette combat unit intended to defeat a larger territory and more people.
Only on April 4, 19 people died from Russian strikes, including nine children. They suffered 68. 7, 8 and 9 in Krivoy Rog declared days of mourning.
