In Krasnoyarsk, transport police officers stopped an attempt by a foreign citizen to give them a bribe.
Employees of the linear police department at the airport of the city of Krasnoyarsk revealed the fact of violation of administrative legislation by a 22-year-old citizen of one of the countries of Central Asia. The man was in Russia without documents confirming the right to stay in the country, and in violation of the regime – his actual activity did not comply with the declared purpose of the arrival.
“Wanting to avoid punishment, he offered a transport police officer in the amount of 5 thousand rubles for non -conformation of protocols on administrative offenses. The illegal actions of the offender were suppressed, ”Siberia said in the transport police.
The issue of initiating a criminal case against a foreigner under Part 3 of Art. 30 and h. 1 tbsp. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted giving bribes). The court will consider collected by transport police on violations of migration legislation in the near future.
Recall that earlier at the Krasnoyarsk airport, law enforcement officers checked more than 50 foreigners to comply with the regime of stay and rules of the road.
