Ingredients:

  • 10 champignons;
  • 250 g of chicken fillet;
  • one onion;
  • 100 g of solid cheese;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • Salt, pepper and greens to their liking.

Cooking

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  2. Clean and cut the onion with cubes.
  3. Pass the onion, meat and garlic through a meat grinder. Add spices and mix the minced meat.
  4. Wash the mushrooms and separate the legs from the hats with a knife. Fill the finished hats with minced meat.
  5. Grate cheese on a rough grater and sprinkle on top of the minced meat.
  6. Put the mushrooms on a baking sheet and put it in a bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30–40 minutes.
