A 42 -year -old man from Timisoara was detained by the Cluj police for disturbing public order and peace and outrage against good morals, after he was completely undressed in front of them.

According to a press release transmitted on Saturday, by IPJ Cluj, the incident took place on April 3, in Huedin.
Specifically, on Thursday night, the police stopped in traffic for control a car, in the area of the intersection of Vlădeasa streets and the Fild in the city of Huedin, writes Agerpres.
“During the legitimacy of people in the vehicle, the police identified a passenger, a 42-year-old man, residing in Timisoara. He became agitated, and later he was completely undressed in front of law enforcement and several people in the area, adopting obscene and antisocial behavior, which caused the indignation,” shows the quoted source.
Following the ones found and the evidence administered, under the coordination of the prosecutor within the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Huedin Court, the police ordered his detention for 24 hours.
The investigations are carried out for committing the offenses of disturbing public order and peace and outrage against good morals.
