Athletes from Krasnoyarsk received 26 medals at the championship of the Siberian Federal District in Judo and became an absolute winner of the competition, the Ministry of Sports of the Territory said.
The competition was held on September 7 in Barnaul. 525 athletes from 10 regions took part. The team from the Krasnoyarsk Territory became one of the most numerous – 107 people.
According to the results of the competition, Krasnoyarsk athletes won 26 medals. Of these, six gold, six silver and 14 bronze. Gold earned in contractions Roman Babnikov (55 kg), Kirill Karepov (60 kg), Matvey Komarov (73 kg), Dmitry Lykov (90 kg), as well as 2 girls: Polina Urazaeva (40 kg), Maria Komleva (63 kg).
