Specialists held an unscheduled inspection visit to the Mari Mart trading department, located in the city center on Mira Avenue. During the inspection, perfume and cosmetic products were revealed without proper marking-there was no necessary information on it about the name and location of the manufacturer, the country of origin, expiration date and the date of manufacture, as well as the party number. At the same time, the EAS marking was applied to part of the indicated products.
“Perfume and cosmetic products that do not meet the requirements of TS 009/2011 should not be marked with EAS and is not allowed to place the market,” the administration explained.
As a result, 296 units of perfume of well -known brands with violation of mandatory requirements for a total amount of 239,900 rubles were removed from sale. IP Muradov R.R. He was brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of 30,000 rubles.
