The US has given permission in the F-35 case for Poland

The entity responsible for the operation is to be the General Electric Aerospace concern – the Pentagon agency, Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), said in a statement.
DSCA added that this sales “will support the goals of the foreign and national security of the United States by increasing the security of an ally in NATO, working for political and economic stability in Europe.”
The agency also wrote that the sale “will improve Poland's ability to meet the current and future threats by increasing the reliability of the F-35 aircraft fleet.” Poland will not have difficulty including purchased equipment and services in its armed forces – we read.
Poland will have more and more F-35 aircraft
Poland ordered 32 F-35 fighters in 2020. F-35 multi-purpose aircraft will ultimately become-next to F-16 aircraft-one of the pillars of the Polish Air Force.
The first F-35 went to the Air Force last year, but so far the machines built for Poland remain in the USA, where Polish pilots were sent to the training-including experienced F-16 pilots-and technicians who in the future will be, among others act as instructors in trainings already conducted in Poland.
24 pilots are to be trained in the USA in total – the General Staff of the Polish Army donated. The Polish pilot sat for the first time at the controls of the F-35 in February, and in May the first two pilots completed the initial stage of training.
The agreement for the purchase of the F-35 for the Polish Army was signed on January 31, 2020 in Dęblin. Within it, Poland is to receive 32 F-35A aircraft with a logistics and training package. The first includes spare and operational parts, ground service and pilot equipment as well as a computer operation management system. The second package includes comprehensive training of pilots and technical staff in the USA.
This is how the F-35 work
The F-35 is the fifth generation multi-purpose aircraft produced by the American company Lockheed Martin, which are currently used and ordered by a number of NATO countries, as well as, for example, Israel, South Korea, Switzerland and Singapore. According to Lockheed Martin from August last year. The first F-35A will go to Poland in 2026, first to the air base in Łask, and in 2027 to the base in Świdwin.
F-35 as modern fighters will significantly expand the abilities of Polish aviation. They are, among others built in Stealth technology that hinders their detection by the opponent's radars; They are also equipped with a number of sensors collecting data from the environment and passing it to the pilot and other units at sea or on Earth, e.g. with Patriot anti -aircraft systems.
They can also transfer a wide range of weapons, including AGM-158 JASSM long-range missiles, enabling the opponent's goals to attack at a distance of several hundred kilometers. Poland received permission to buy 821 of this type from the USA in March.
