Pupils of the Kansk school No. 15which last year were poisoned by food from the dining room, will pay compensation for non -pecuniary damage. This was told in the regional prosecutor's office.
Recall that everything happened in November 2024. 36 children and 5 adults with symptoms of intestinal infection were in the hospital, another 15 students were treated on an outpatient basis. Most of them were diagnosed with salmonellosis.
Experts have found a lot of violations in the activities of the organizer of food. So, for example, at school in warehouses and refrigerators there were no necessary devices for measuring temperature. Food was received without veterinary documents, there was no marking on them, and the inventory for packing food was stored incorrectly.
In March, the school principal was brought to administrative responsibility. Then the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit about compensation for non -pecuniary damage. The court recovered 45 thousand rubles from the school and the organizer. In favor of every victim. Another 11 claims m of the part concluded amicable agreements, children were paid 36 thousand rubles.
