Vendor NOTA (part of the T1 IT holding) has completed the process of implementing its own platform for switching to the tax monitoring mode “Vizor” in one of the largest retail chains “Lenta”. The solution was chosen to optimize the process of interaction with the Federal Tax Service through the AIS “Tax-3” system.

Previously “Ribbon» was already in tax monitoring mode and transmitted the necessary data to regulatory authorities through a data mart from a third-party vendor. However, since 2024, direct connection to the state AIS “Tax-3” system has become a mandatory requirement to continue working in this format. Since the previous solution did not support full integration with this service, to the retailer it was necessary to change technology partner.

The key stage of implementation was setting up integration with previously used systems. Data storage from the previous supplier was connected, which allowed the solution receive a large amount of information. Communication with the internal electronic archive where tax and accounting documents are stored is also organized. Was implemented seamless transition, taking into account critical requirements for system stability and accuracy of data transmitted to regulatory authorities.

For large retail with an extensive network and a large volume of transactions, a tax monitoring regime is a strategic advantage. On such a scale it is especially important eliminate desk audits, reduce the administrative burden and ensure continuous digitalization of processes. It is this approach that provides real resource savings and increases operational efficiency“, commented Marina Lyubimova, commercial director of the platform for switching to the tax monitoring mode “Vizor” (vendor NOTA, part of the T1 IT holding).

The Visor implementation project became part of the company’s digitalization strategy. The system has atomized data exchange with the Federal Tax Service and ensures the transfer of more than 10 million data units per quarter at the request of the regulator without significant manual processing“, noted Alexander Sorokin, senior project manager at Lenta Group.
