The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory ordered the Agro Vklad cooperative to return 3.6 million rubles to the bankruptcy estate of entrepreneur Roman Goldman, who is hiding abroad. The funds will be used to pay off debts to creditors.

Goldman’s financial manager proved in court that three transfers to the cooperative totaling 3,683,000 rubles were made in August 2023 – during the period of so-called “suspicion”, when the entrepreneur already had signs of insolvency. The court declared the transactions invalid under bankruptcy law.
The decision concerns funds transferred under agreements for the transfer of personal savings. The ruling of October 23, 2025 has not yet entered into legal force and can be appealed. Goldman's bankruptcy case continues to be considered in the arbitration court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
