In Krasnoyarsk, they consider the possibility of another integrated development of the territory in the Solnechny microdistrict. It's about the site an area of almost 15 hectares near Svetlova Street, which is owned by the investor.
“The plan for mastering the territory that the developer proposed, in addition to housing, includes a kindergarten, a district police station, a library, a clinic, a shopping center with a pool and a sports complex, a boulevard and a park, as well as multi-level parking lots for 2500 vehicles. The company has developed the concept of the integrated development of the land on the initiative of the copyright holder, ”the city hall said.
On the eve of the promising territory at the visiting meeting was appreciated by the deputy head of the city, the head of the Department of Urban Planning Sergey Shikunov.
“Since the territory is large enough, we would like to master it comprehensively in order to immediately provide for the placement of all social objects. For example, we plan to build a kindergarten for 300 seats at our own expense and after renting an object to transfer it to the city for free, as well as design the road with an above -ground or underground pedestrian crossing, which is still spontaneous here, ”said Elizaveta Endzhievskaya, first deputy general director of STM LLC.
Recall that the territory under consideration adjoins the already implemented project of the CTR with an area of 24 hectares, which provides for the placement of a school with 1550 places and two kindergartens for 300 seats each.
The developer will finalize the concept of the new CRT site taking into account the comments. The city hall noted that it was not accidental attention to the promising site, because one of the goals of integrated development is to observe the balance in the formation of residential development and infrastructure.
“Our task today is to get away from small sites and already work in large territories, to patronize the creation of social and road infrastructures, as well as housing construction, so that these areas do not lag behind each other,” the head of the urban planning department Sergei Shikunov summarized the meeting.
Recall that at present in Krasnoyarsk 24 agreements on the integrated development of territories are being implemented.
