After the prosecutor's request was received regarding the revocation of immunity, five members of the State Tribunal submitted a request to convene the full composition of the Tribunal of State in order to examine the application for consent to the prison for criminal liability Małgorzata Manowska. At the same time, the prosecutor's office requested that the immunity of Małgorzata Manowska be repealed to the Supreme Court.
