In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, more than 20 violators were brought to justice, who threw municipal waste to the site not intended for this.

The Ministry of Ecology said that pictures from video surveillance cameras were sent from the Emelyanovo administration. The record shows that a negligent citizen unloads car tires belonging to the 4th grade of danger, at the PLC collection site on Stepnaya Street, 1.

Environmental officers installed the owner of the car, on which they brought tires, and brought him to administrative responsibility under Part 3.1 of Art. 8.2 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. He was fined in the amount of 10 thousand rubles. This is a minimum fine. For citizens, the maximum punishment is 50 thousand rubles, and for legal entities hesitates from 30 to 120 thousand rubles. Repeated violation threatens the confiscation of transport.

In total, over the past six months, the Ministry of Ecology brought accounted 21 people. The total amount of fines amounted to 910 thousand rubles. Work on the restraint of order in the field of MSW in the region is carried out as part of the federal project “Economics of the Closed Cycle” of the national project “Environmental well -being”.

“We continue to equip places for accumulating MSWs with video recording cameras, which means that so far residents do not comply with the requirements in the field of environmental protection when handling waste, this figure will grow steadily. Without understanding the problem of the population, two previous conditions: timely removal of waste by the re -operator and the creation of container sites in their proper form in the right form – from the side of municipalities – are useless and meaningless. After all, restoring order on the sites also depends on residents, ”said the Minister of Ecology Vladimir Chesovitin.

The ministry noted that 5 violators were detained in Emelyanovo. All of them left construction and non -household waste on the site for the accumulation of MSW. 4 more violators were caught in salt lines. Two administrative affairs were instituted in Kansk to discharge MSW on the soil, the same number of violators were caught in Krasnoyarsk after they threw out construction and non -domestic waste in an unintentional place. Another 8 cases were initiated by the drain of liquid household waste in unidentified places.
