Royal “explosive” dessert in 5 minutes – summer berry souffle as an expensive cafe

If you really want sweets, but I don’t want to get a stove and you don’t want to gain kilograms – this non -core berry dessert is for you. It is prepared faster than gelatin dissolves, no oven, nor fatty cream, nor a gram of sugar-souffle is delicate, airy and useful, says Julia Deniel in his TG blog “Recipes and aesthetics // Food as Art” (16+). Even children eat with pleasure, and adults do not believe that there are only 4 ingredients.

What will be needed

  • Kefir – 900 ml
  • Berries – 200 g (any: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mix)
  • Honey – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Gelatin – 35 g + 120 ml of cold water

How to cook berry souffle

  1. Pour gelatin with cold water, leave for 10 minutes for swelling, then gently dissolve in a water bath (do not boil!).
  2. In a blender, break kefir, berries and honey until homogeneous mass.
  3. Pour the cooled but still liquid gelatin, mix well again.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds or beautiful cups, take into the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, and preferably overnight so that the souffle froze well.
  5. Before serving, decorate with berries or mint – you will get a feed as in a restaurant. If you are not afraid to get better, you can add ice cream on top.

You can take any berries – and each time the taste will be new. Such a dessert melts in the tongue, leaving only lightness on the sides and pleasure. For a dense texture, take less kefir or more gelatin, and for children – add a drop of vanilla.
