In Krasnoyarsk, a resident of the Leninsky district is accused of public justification of terrorism, a criminal case has been instituted against him (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
As told in the UK, the crime was committed using the Internet December 1, 2023:
“The man published a commentary in the messenger’s channel, justifying the activities of the prohibited terrorist organization directed against the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.”
The defendant was detained, his apartment was searched and the phone was seized.
