We suggest trying the “fiery” duet: orange + ginger. These oils together will accelerate lymph and blood circulation, warm the body, and also fill the space with an unreal aroma. The main thing is to choose the right base and maintain proportions.
Important: any essential oils must be used in minimal dosages and must be diluted in a base oil.
The base oil can be olive, almond or coconut oil. It is recommended to use 1-3 drops of essential oils per 10 ml of base – this will be quite enough for the effect and aroma.
Start the massage with soft strokes and gradually move on to deeper movements. Pay special attention to those areas where you want to feel relaxed or get rid of the orange peel.
Important: Before use, you should conduct a skin test or consult a specialist. Never exceed the dosage and do not use oils without a base.
