– The key to the thief's work is to observe real estate, know the customs of residents, the plan of their day. Such knowledge allows you to break in at hours when no one is at home. The estates, especially the new ones, have a number of security, which seemingly limit the possibility of entering the property of unauthorized persons. I mean closed housing estates, to which access is limited by a gate with a intercom. This form, however, does not eliminate one hundred percent threat. As managers, we are constantly sensitizing the residents of the estates, which we look after to pay attention to unknown people who behave in a suspicious way – says Mariusz Łubiński, president of Admus, a company specialized in real estate management.

For a thief, it is often an unambiguous sign that the owners are convinced that their home has valuable items that should be protected. The logo of the security company works on a thief almost like a magnet. Contemporary burglars are specialists in their profession and act very professionally. Each burglary is accurately planned, observing and learning the habits of residents and neighbors – he adds.
– It is definitely worth investing in solid, anti -burglary locks, doors and windows. Anti -burglary blinds or discreetly installed cameras that will help identify the perpetrator are also a good solution.
