Claudia Pătrășcanu, a hard reaction after Gabi Bădălău sued his sons: “No child deserves to take this”
The war between Claudia Pătrășcanu and Gabi Bădălău seems far from the end, although a few years have passed since their separation. The artist reacted after her ex -husband filed a new process, this time against his own children and hers, in an attempt to avoid the payment of the remaining food pension.

Gabi Bădălău's decision comes shortly after Claudia Pătrășcanu won the process regarding the non -payment of the food pension. The court obliged the businessman to pay 124,000 euros, an amount that covers the pension due from November 2022 to the present. Gabi Bădălău should have paid 4,000 euros a month, ie 2,000 euros for each child, but he has not paid anything in the last two and a half years, Fanatik reports.
Instead of paying the debt, Gabi Bădălău chose to act in court his children and Claudia, hoping that he would avoid forced execution. Contacted by Fanatik journalists, he refused to comment: “I do not want to comment on anything about this topic.”
Claudia Pătrășcanu, on the other hand, spoke about the suffering she goes through with her sons. “He tried and tries in every way not to let us live quietly, in peace. No child deserves to carry such a thing, especially at such a young age. It is hard to take for me as a mother as far as this parent could go. Both I and my children love God and trust only him.”said the artist.
The singer also reminded of tense episodes, including the moment when the children were expelled.
“I never disappointed my children and I will never do it on this land. It was not enough that it kicked it out of the house, and more. I am 44 years old, but I have not heard that in my life around me. Claudia concluded.
