“I'm going back to Italy. I'm going to quit football if I can't find a club to play for”

Vasile Mogoș, the defender from Craiova University, spoke after the draw recorded by Olteni on the Rapid field, score 0-0, in the last match of the Superliga play-off.
Vasile Mogoș was the starter and integral player for Giulești, in his last game in the Craiova University jersey. At the end, the footballer was visibly moved and spoke about his future, but also about the feelings he has when leaving Bănie.
Vasile Mogoș: “I'm going back to Italy. If I don't find anything, maybe I'll leave”
“Yes, it was the last game. There is too much to say and I don't know what to say. Thank you to the family here.
When you finish the championship it is important not to get injured. I didn't think during the match, and when the whistle blew I realized. Unfortunately, we didn't win, but I say I played a good match. I am not happy with the result, but what matters is that we are champions. Trophies were my goals when I arrived and I'm leaving very well and now I can go home victorious to my wife and little girl.
I don't know if I will play in Italy, I have nothing now. I don't know. I wanted to finish the contract well, I made a promise to Mario Felgueiras. I'm going back to Italy. If I don't find anything, maybe I quit, I start coaching or I don't know. Now, my idea is to get to my family, a little rest because I need it too. It's been an emotional, perfect year. I am very happy for my team. If the boys invite me when they qualify for the Champions League, I'll definitely be back. I really wish.
I will miss you all. I am like a mother. When you have more children, you can't say you love one more. I got along well with Nicușor Bancu. I will miss you all. We are like brothers. We helped each other. Now it's time to go home to my family. I miss them. For me, the best choice is to go back home.
I told the boys before the game that it was an honor for me to share the dressing room. Now I have to leave the box. I left Assad. I told him to play quality music. I thank the fans, even if they cursed me, it's part of the game. They charged me even more, they stimulated me. Without them, this game doesn't exist. There is pressure, but if you don't like it, go to billiards”, said Vasile Mogoș after the game in Giulesti.
