In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a student of the Achinsky trade and economic college will appear before the court, who sold personal data of his fellow students.
The prosecutor’s office said that in October 2023, an 18-year-old resident of Achinsk on the Internet found a part-time job. The “employer” promised to pay 20 thousand rubles for a copy of a person’s passport who will agree to give his personal data for registration of one-day companies.

In relation to the “instigator”, the prosecutor approved the charges of illegal education of legal entities through fake persons (paragraph “b” of part 2 of article 173.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The criminal case will be considered by the Achinsky city court.
