Detox-sample with celery is not only a delicious, but also a healthy drink that can give the body a charge of energy and help in weight loss. Wait recipe, where cooking will take literally five minutes in the kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 70 g of celery stalks
  • 2 large green apples
  • 200 g spinach
  • 20 ml of lemon juice

Preparation:

  • Rinse apples, celery and spinach under running water thoroughly, then dry them with paper towels. Use only fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Remove the peel and core from apples. Using a vegetable knife, remove hard fibers from celery – this will prevent a deterioration in the taste of the drink.
  • Put one stalk of celery for decoration. The rest of the ingredients – celery, spinach and apples – place in the bowl of the blender and beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  • Add a little cold water to the blender to achieve the desired consistency and beat again. The drink should be thick and homogeneous.
  • In order for the smoothie to become cold, you can add a little stabbed ice. It is recommended to drink it immediately after cooking, as vitamins are quickly destroyed.
  • Pour the smoothies into tall glasses. The celery stalk can be cut along in half and used instead of a tube for convenient mixing.

Do not mix more than four ingredients to maintain the taste of the drink. However, you can experiment with components to achieve the perfect combination.

To make the smoothie more nutritious, replace the water with milk, yogurt or kefir. You can also add spices, spices or honey for a variety of taste.
