So, at about 5 a.m. on June 4, two men quarreled in Sharypovo. One of them attacked an opponent with fists, and the victim’s wife called the police.

“During the detention, the offender refused to fulfill the legal requirements of the police and tried to rush at employees with a knife. In accordance with the Federal Law of the Police, the police officer who was on the spot applied a table weapon, making a warning shot into the air, after which the 40-year-old striker was detained, ”the press service said.

On the same day, in Minusinsk with violence, the PDN inspector collided. A woman who said that her drunken former roommate had taken her 8-month-old daughter turned into the duty part of the police.

The policeman managed to establish that the man went with the girl to his home. He managed to persuade him to return the child, but at home a woman at a 37-year-old man showed aggression against a police officer. He hit the representative of the authorities in the face.

“In both cases, criminal cases have been instituted against violators by the investigating authorities under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Application of violence in relation to a representative of power”. The sanction of the article provides for the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 5 years. In addition, a criminal case has also been instituted against the Sharypov attacker under Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentional infliction of easy harm to health”. He is detained, ”the police said.

Law enforcement officers recall that any obstacle to the legitimate activities of police officers, including violence, is unacceptable. All culprits will be brought to criminal liability. They can face up to 10 years in prison (according to part 2 of article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
