The MTS digital ecosystem announces the introduction of the Proactive Management Management System of Environmental Risk to the Unified Register of Domestic software. This is the first domestic technological development with A-Analytics and machine learning for environmental supervision of the quality of air and water.
The “Practive Management System of Environmental Risk” from MTS is the software part of MTS EcoMonitoring. The system allows you to continuously monitor the environmental situation, prevent and investigate environmental disorders, as well as minimize financial and environmental risks, while improving the quality of life and environmental condition based on reliable data. MTS first among operators received a license for environmental soil and water monitoring. Currently, the service also undergoes a procedure for entering the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the register of and solutions.
The MTS decision is combined by Big Data Analytics and mathematical calculations. To build meteorological models and concentrations of pollutants, combinations of the most developed models of forecasting in the scientific community and used in practical tasks for more than 30 years: MPRZ (meteorological indicator of the dispersion and pollution of the landed air of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Hydrometeorological Center of Russia”), WRF/FlexPart and WRF/FLEXPART GFS/FLEXPART.
The initial data for mathematical modeling is the data of measuring equipment, information about the sources of emissions of pollutants, as well as environmentally significant information of the global forecast and other parameters. Small -sized air observation posts reveal the concentrations of gases, particles, temperature, pressure, relative humidity, speed, wind direction and more. Analytical buoys for water monitoring determine the concentration of oxygen, pH, salt, turbidity, oil products control, ammonium ions and water level (spill rivers).
“The environmental situation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is not easy – in the region there are several large industrial cities in which there is a problem of air pollution. Our eco -monitoring system, already launched in the Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Chelyabinsk, Yaroslavl, Irkutsk regions and Yakutia, responds to the excess of permissible norms and predicts the negative impact on the environment in 48 hours. This avoids losses for enterprises in the amount of 34.4 to 370 million rubles annually. We can use an integrated approach, because the MTS ecosystem is a synthesis of many digital solutions. Their use can favorably affect the ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, ”said Sergey Egoshin, director of MTS in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
