In the justification of the proposals regarding the supply of hospitals, it was noted that this change would allow facilities to use a wider group of certified suppliers. “This will help hospitals more effective supply management, increase the quality and speed of the provision of medical services and reduce the number of legal disputes, thus supporting a more efficient and transparent healthcare system” – we read.
New solutions in the energy sector
The team we check also proposed a package of energy solutions. It comes, among others about Introduction of a uniform reporting system by energy companieswhich – as justified – will contribute to the modernization of the energy sector, its digitization and greater competitiveness, supporting the achievement of the goals of EU energy policy and increasing the efficiency of energy management in Poland.
There was also an energy package Introduction of an impassable deadline for the contract for connection (with the determination of contractual penalties for failure to comply with it) and obligatory determination of the date of setting up the meter, after signing the contract for the supply of electricity. In the deregulatory energy package it was introduced Mechanisms to prevent people from electricity to disconnect from electricity affected by energy poverty.
Reforms for rural areas
New solutions will facilitate access to support measures, increase administration efficiency and competitiveness of the agricultural sector. Thanks to this, farmers will be able to implement investments faster and rural areas will gain on development and modernization, in accordance with the EU requirements.
