The head of the Russian Investigative Committee gave a number of instructions in connection with the appeal about the violation of the rights of residents of a dilapidated building in Krasnoyarsk.
The reception office of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, received an appeal on VKontakte regarding the issue of long-term non-resettlement of residents of the hostel on Kombaynostroiteley Street in Krasnoyarsk. The ceilings and walls of the building, built in 1950, are collapsing; due to the high degree of physical deterioration of the structures, in 2017 it was declared unsafe. However, to date, the owners have not been provided with comfortable living quarters; the resettlement period is set for 2030. Numerous appeals to various authorities did not bring results.
Previously, Bastrykin put her under control in the central office of the department.
