
Ukrainian culinary specialist of Colombian origin Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for pancakes on Instagram.
“Forget about the “first pancake lumpy”, burning the dough to the pan and frying without leaving the stove – everything is much simpler with this recipe,” noted Jimenez-Bravo.
Ingredients:
- two eggs;
- sugar – 3 tbsp. l.;
- vanilla sugar – 8 g;
- salt – 1/3 tsp;
- milk – 400 ml;
- butter – 30 g;
- flour – 120 g;
- baking powder – 1/2 tsp;
- strawberry
- mascarpone cheese – 250 g;
- powdered sugar – 30 g.
Preparation
- Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Then add sifted flour and baking powder to the mixture.
- Pour milk and melted butter into the dough. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, pour the mixture there and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
- Mix mascarpone and powdered sugar. Grease the finished pancake with cream, add chopped strawberries and roll.
- Decorate with cream and strawberries.
