Norilsk, Kansk and Minusinsk received federal funding for improvement

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, three cities received federal funding for improvement.
Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Vladimir Bakhar told deputies of the Legislative Assembly that additional resources were received in the budget for the construction of two sports facilities. The first is a multifunctional complex for adaptive sports in Krasnoyarsk; more than 500 million rubles will be allocated for its construction over three years. In addition, additional funds (615 million rubles) are provided for the third stage of the Avangard stadium.
“In general, over three years, the total amount of funding for the state program from federal funds increases by more than 600 million rubles,” said Vladimir Bakhar.
Federal funds will also go towards the implementation of the Zemsky Trainer project. In 2026, 21 million rubles will be spent for these purposes, in 2027, 20 million rubles, and in 2028, 19 million rubles.
In 2028, the federal budget will allocate 183 million rubles for modular sports facilities in the territories of the region and 48 million rubles for the creation of “smart” sports grounds.
About 7 billion rubles are provided for the development of tourism for three years. Thus, 280 million rubles will be allocated to create a room stock, develop infrastructure and create new points of attraction. Municipalities of the region will receive 36 million rubles for “event tourism,” which will allow them to hold vibrant festivals, cultural events and attract guests from all over the country. Particular attention is paid to the development of inclusive tourism. Every year, 5 million rubles will be allocated to socially oriented non-profit organizations (SONCO) for excursions for the disabled.
For the implementation of the regional project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” from 2026 to 2028, 6 billion rubles have been allocated. Chairman of the relevant parliamentary committee Alexander Novikov said that the three winning projects of the All-Russian competition for creating a comfortable urban environment in Norilsk, Kansk, Minusinsk will be implemented in 2026, the federal budget will allocate 306.2 million rubles for this.
Almost 11 billion rubles have been allocated for the state program “Youth of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the 21st Century” for a three-year period. Over three years, 40 million rubles will be allocated from the regional budget for the modernization of youth centers in municipalities. In addition, the program will support search traffic. 2.5 million rubles will be allocated to equip search teams with modern equipment. These funds will be used to purchase metal detectors that will help in the work of perpetuating the memory of fallen soldiers.
