“Forget about the “first pancake being lumpy.” A recipe that will ensure your pancakes never burn


Ukrainian culinary specialist of Colombian origin Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for pancakes on Instagram.

“Forget about the “first pancake lumpy”, burning the dough to the pan and frying without leaving the stove – everything is much simpler with this recipe,” noted Jimenez-Bravo.

Ingredients:

  • two eggs;
  • sugar – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • vanilla sugar – 8 g;
  • salt – 1/3 tsp;
  • milk – 400 ml;
  • butter – 30 g;
  • flour – 120 g;
  • baking powder – 1/2 tsp;
  • strawberry
  • mascarpone cheese – 250 g;
  • powdered sugar – 30 g.

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Then add sifted flour and baking powder to the mixture.
  2. Pour milk and melted butter into the dough. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, pour the mixture there and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
  3. Mix mascarpone and powdered sugar. Grease the finished pancake with cream, add chopped strawberries and roll.
  4. Decorate with cream and strawberries.
