In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, an entrepreneur will be tried for concealing 10 million rubles from the tax authorities

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the head of a logging organization will appear in court. He is accused of concealing money from which taxes, fees and insurance premiums were to be collected.

According to the prosecutor's office, since the summer of 2022, Novonikolaevsky Lespromkhoz LLC has had an increasing tax debt. The organization's accounts were blocked, but the company continued to pay for the lease of forest plots, communications and other operating expenses. The investigation believes that the manager organized payments through companies under his control. So the organization continued to operate, and the money did not go to accounts from which the tax authorities could collect the debt. In total, according to investigators, 10.3 million rubles were hidden from collection in this way.

The entrepreneur himself explained that he acted forcedly. According to him, the company operated in a difficult-to-reach area, faced a drop in revenue, a transition to a common taxation system, and could not pay off its debts on time. Later, the debt, including penalties and fines, was paid in full.

The prosecutor approved the charge under the article of concealing the organization's funds, from which taxes, fees and insurance premiums should be collected. The criminal case will be considered by the Ilansky District Court.
