IN Krasnoyarsk 25 year old a local resident from among Yaroslav Malinovsky’s entourage was found guilty of hooliganism committed by an organized group near the fitness center and bar. The prosecutor's office reported this.

It has been established that in February 2023, a young man, on the instructions of one of the leaders of the Yarikovsky criminal group, arrived to the Garage fitness center on 8 Marcha Street for showdown with two men aged 24 and 27 years old. The cause of the conflict was the correspondence of one of the victims on social networks with the wife of Malinovsky’s close associate.
In order not to appear on camera, thirteen attackers removed license plates from cars, put on masks, some took brass knuckles and a knife, and then attacked two victims leaving the gym and struck them many times.

In addition, a month later the defendant attacked another man. The altercation again took place in a public place – in the night bar “Tommy House” on Dubrovinsky Street. There he got into a fight with a visitor over Malinovsky’s girlfriend. The guards asked everyone to leave, the conflict continued on the street with the participation of Malinovsky himself, and the defendant dealt several blows to the alleged offender.
At the trial, the young man stated that there were conflicts, but they were spontaneous, and he did not act as part of a criminal community. According to him, in the first case, he was driving with friends to a gym for training, and he took off the license plates from the car to avoid fines for illegal parking, and in a brawl near a bar, he allegedly defended himself.
“The young man did not admit guilt, referred to his non-involvement in the group, but confirmed the factual circumstances of the crimes committed. According to Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the court sentenced him to 2 years and 10 months in a general regime colony,” the prosecutor’s office said.
