A Krasnoyarsk pensioner fell in the office of a transport company and was sued for 100 thousand

Specialists from Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor helped the pensioner obtain compensation for the injury received.
The incident occurred at the transport company “Energia” in Solontsy, where a woman came to send a parcel. While climbing a metal staircase to her office, she fell and seriously injured her leg.
“It is worth noting that there were no railings, no fences, no ramps for the disabled. The pensioner contacted the transport company for compensation for damage resulting from the provision of an unsafe service, but her claim was ignored. The woman did not despair and wrote to Rospotrebnadzor, specialists represented her interests in court and protected her rights,” the department said.
During the process, the parties entered into a settlement agreement, according to which TK Energia LLC paid the victim 100,000 rubles as compensation for moral damages and expenses incurred for medicines and medical examinations.
