In Krasnoyarsk, a disenfranchised driver in a Mercedes faces an article for insulting police officers

In Krasnoyarsk they want to open a criminal case against a 20-year-old Mercedes driver and a persistent traffic violator. This was reported to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.

According to law enforcement agencies, the young man regularly drove a car with false license plates. Despite the fines, he continued to drive without a driver's license and demonstrate disregard for the law online. He openly admitted to his subscribers that he systematically violates traffic rules – in the last year alone, the guy was cited six times for driving without a license.

Last weekend, the Mercedes driver was stopped by traffic inspectors and issued reports against him for disobeying a lawful order of a police officer, driving without a driver's license, using false registration plates and repeated violation of insurance rules.

During the preparation of materials, the guy’s acquaintance interfered with the work of the police in every possible way and did not react in any way to the demands of law enforcement officers to stop illegal behavior. Later it turned out that he was not even 16 years old. The materials were transferred to the juvenile affairs unit to bring his legal representatives to justice and carry out preventive work.

As a result, the driver of the Mercedes received 15 days of administrative arrest, and the car of the persistent traffic violator was taken to a special parking lot. The issue of initiating a criminal case under articles on the use of violence and insulting a government official is now being decided.
