In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, appeals from SVO participants will be considered faster

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory they plan to reduce the time frame for considering appeals from SVO participants. This was announced by the speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the region, Alexey Dodatko.

The draft law has already been submitted to deputies for consideration.

“The bill expands the information rights of residents of the region: it will be possible to receive oral information about the progress of consideration of the application, as well as request the return of attached documents. For participants in a special military operation and members of their families, a shortened period for consideration of applications is established – 15 days instead of 30, and the redirection of documents must be carried out within three days,” explained the Chairman of Parliament.

Also, SVO participants receive the right to priority personal reception.

“The right changes that fully meet one of the key goals of the regional parliament and the task set by President Vladimir Putin: “Our guideline is Russia for the people,” noted Alexey Dodatko.
