
Evening has already come, but there are no ready-made ideas for dinner. Quick chicken cutlets solve the problem. The dish is prepared instantly and requires only a few available ingredients.
We will need:
Chicken fillet – 500 g
White bread or loaf – 2 slices
Milk – 50 ml
Onion – 1 medium head
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – for frying
How to cook:
- Soak the bread in milk for two minutes.
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
- Pass the meat, bread, onion and garlic through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.
- Add salt and pepper and knead the porcelain thoroughly with your hands until it becomes sticky.
- Form flat patties of the same size.
- Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat.
- Fry the pieces for four minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for another five minutes until fully cooked.
- Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with any side dish or fresh vegetables.
