The start of the exchange of transport cards in the Krasnoyarsk Territory has been postponed to November 25, 2025.

The postponement by 5 days (from November 20 to 25) is due to the need for additional technical preparation for the launch of a new ticket system in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

From this day forward, transport card holders will be able to contact Krasnoyarskavtotrans service points to transfer the balance and activate a new card. Funds will be transferred within three business days.

What is important to know now:

• Transport cards with the “Unlimited for a day” tariff can be topped up until November 29.
• There is no need to change social cards – they will remain valid. Until December 1, replenishment of social cards for more than one billing period is suspended.
• In public transport, it is still possible to pay for travel in cash, by bank card or using a QR code.

Let us remind you that the new SberTroika ticket system will be launched in the region from December 1, 2025.
