Employees of more than two hundred offices of the MFC of the Krasnoyarsk Territory – from Norilsk to Minusinsk – now hold meetings and study remotely. The online communications platform MTS Link has become the main tool for these tasks. More than 90% of events take place remotely, without interruption from work.
Using the solution, employees call each other daily to set goals and objectives, discuss work issues and coordinate actions with federal departments. The training of more than a hundred employees on changes in the legislative framework switched to a hybrid format: some students are present in person, and some are connected remotely. Functions for dividing into groups and online boards allow you to recreate the effect of face-to-face interaction – participants analyze cases and record conclusions in real time.
The learning process is complemented by AI tools: text transcription and summarization of meetings. They help you quickly find the parts you need and highlight key changes. Organizers can download webinar recordings and post them on the internal portal – those who were unable to attend online will study the material later.
Director of MTS in the Krasnoyarsk Territory Sergei Yegoshin noted that the platform is included in the register of domestic software, which guarantees its compliance with security requirements.
“In general, over the past year in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the number of online events has more than doubled, while a new round of interest in our platform came from government agencies, and AI assistants based on artificial intelligence were connected to communications 15 times more often than a year earlier,” he noted.
Earlier, the Siberian Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations switched to the domestic MTS Link platform for distance learning. The solution was used for students of correspondence courses who are studying fire, industrial and technosphere safety, as well as state and municipal management. Up to 450 people can join classes at the same time.
