
The mother-in-law of the Ukrainian journalist, founder of the online publication “GORDON” Dmitry Gordon, culinary YouTube blogger Inna Batsman on her channel “Gordon's Mother-in-Law” on April 2 told how to prepare a delicate and very thick glaze for paskas.
Ingredients
- white from two eggs;
- 400 g powdered sugar;
- 3 tsp. lemon juice;
- a pinch of salt.
Preparation
- Beat cold whites and salt until thick foam.
- Gradually add powdered sugar at the rate of 200 g of powdered sugar per protein.
- Add lemon juice at the end for shine and flavor.
- Apply the glaze to the cooled Easter eggs and decorate with sprinkles.
