“I’ll show you a simple method that warms not only the outside, but also the inside. You don’t need expensive equipment or special preparations – just a few ingredients that you already have at home,” the blogger noted.
Preparation
- Pour 0.5 liters of hot water into a bowl.
- Add a few pieces of fresh ginger or 1 tbsp. l. ginger powder.
- Also add 1 tsp. ground cinnamon and a little ground cloves.
- Leave to steep for four hours.
- Strain the infusion and dissolve it in 5 liters of warm water.
How to use the infusion
Soak your feet in the prepared infusion for about 15 minutes. After this procedure, your feet will be warm even after several hours.
