This feature aims to simplify access to key documents and increase user convenience.

New functionalities of mObywalet
On the other hand from May 31, the application will be enriched with the KRS module. Thanks to this functionality, users will be able to check in real time data regarding entities with which they are associated, such as enterprises, associations, foundations or other social and professional organizations.
Integration with the PESEL number will allow mObywatel automatically generate a list of entities in which a given citizen is listed in the registers. This applies to both entrepreneurs, as well as social organizations and independent public health care facilities.
The new app features will be available to both Android and iOS device users, providing wide access to these amenities.

Access to land and mortgage registers
Anyone who knows the land and mortgage register number can check its content online for free. Persons with a legal interest additionally gain the right to inspect the full records of the book.
Access to land and mortgage registers takes place via the Electronic Land and Mortgage Registers portal (ekw.ms.gov.pl). Knowing the book number, the user can:
- view its current and complete status,
- check both valid and deleted entries (marked with a gray background),
- download a copy, extract or certificate of book closure – after submitting an application and paying the required court fee.
Just browsing the book is freewhile a fee is charged for the issuance of official documents in accordance with applicable regulations.
