Orange pays for old phones. You can even return broken devices

Orange's current offer includes all smartphones that can be run, regardless of their age or brand. In the case of functional phones, the operator grants an electronic payment voucher worth at least PLN 40. However, the amount of the voucher may be higher if the device is in good technical condition or is a newer model. The better the equipment, the greater the amount of the voucher awarded. Its amount is decided by an Orange employee who will assess the equipment.
The program also provides for the possibility of returning completely faulty phones. If the device cannot be turned on, the customer will receive a voucher worth PLN 20. However, the condition is that the IMEI number must be present on the casing or inside the phone. Without this number, the showroom employee will not accept the equipment for purchase.

Safety rules and limits in the Orange campaign
Orange has introduced limits on the number of the cheapest devices that can be resold per month. One customer can donate a maximum of ten phones valued at PLN 20 or PLN 40 in one calendar month. The operator emphasizes that it does not accept devices with a swollen battery due to the fire risk. However, such phones can be left in the living room in a special electronic waste container, from where they will be safely recycled.

The voucher awarded by Orange is in electronic form and is issued to a bearer. It is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Customers can use it in several ways: when shopping in an Orange showroom, on the operator's website, in the Moje Orange mobile application or when placing orders via the telephone sales hotline.
The campaign lasts until the pool of vouchers is exhausted, and the final date is May 31, 2026.
